Casey Anthony Ordered Back To Florida To Serve Probation

Casey Anthony has been ordered back to Orlando, Florida in order to serve a one year probation term stemming from her guilty plea to six counts of check fraud back in January of last year. She had stolen checks from a friend, Amy Huzienga, then went on a shopping spree to the tune of $650. She was charged with 13 counts of fraud, but made a deal with prosecutors and plead guilty to six of the charges. The judge who heard the fraud case handed her a sentence of one year probation, which at the time he said she would need to fulfill if she was ever set free. How did officials let her leave the state of Florida once she was released from jail on July 17th following her acquittal of murder? Probation officers erroneously thought her probation was served during her stint in jail. A new order was amended and signed by Judge Stan Strickland this morning, ordering Casey Anthony to report to a probation office in Orlando within 72 hours. It’s Royal Wedding #2! Zara Phillips and her soon to be husband, Mike Tindall, will exchange vows on Saturday in a low key event compared to that of her cousin, Prince William. CHILD ABUSE???? CHRISTINA AGUILERA'S SON IS PHOTO'D WITH A BLACK EYE!!!

Ohhh shiz!

Christina, a victim of child abuse herself, wasn't gonna have it! Neither were her lawyers.

They fired at the website, asking "HAVE YOU NO SHAME!?!" and calling the site "reckless and unconscionable."

Honestly, we were a little shocked when we read the letter. It has to be one of most passionate letters from a law office ever!

Read it in full:

Our office represents Christina Aguilera and we have reviewed your post where you implied that our client may have been guilty of child abuse because her son had bruises under his eyes. We understand the cult of personality that exists but there are limits that any decent person should respect. Christina is a wonderful mother and was not present in the park when Max fell and hurt himself. To imply that she had something to do with this incident, without any investigation on your part whatsoever, is reckless and unconscionable. We thought it might be productive for you to read Joe Welch's admonition to Senator Joe McCarthy at the end of the Senate hearings. Hopefully you will learn something from this. Here is what was said:

"Until this moment, Senator, I think I have never really gauged your cruelty or your recklessness… If it were in my power to forgive you for your reckless cruelty I would do so. I like to think that I am a gentle man but your forgiveness will have to come from someone other than me… Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency… "

A rep for the country princess released a statement on her Facebook:

Just wanted to update you guys on Taylor's health. She has bronchitis and although she is getting better, she has been advised by her doctor that she is not well enough to perform this week. Her concert dates in Charlotte and Atlanta have been rescheduled and she plans to resume the Speak Now tour in Montreal. Charlotte will now be November 16. Atlanta will now be October 1 & 2. Thank you for your concern!

It sucks for the fans who bought those tickets, but we're sure they can swing their schedule around to adjust accordingly.

Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, is threatening to sue if her name ever comes up during the anticipated Comedy Central Roast: Charlie Sheen.

While Comedy Central insists they're not concerned, saying the comedians will focus on tiger blood, machetes, goddesses and winning, Brooke's armor is still on.

Her reps say he better not go there, and with an agreement made in court for him to never speak publicly about her, she may have some clout if need be.

Don't worry, Brooke! They're far more interested in HIS crazy ways than yours.
